Hello, I’m Nastasha

Write a little bit about yourself and what inspired you to become a yoga teacher. Namaste sun salutation tadasana breath, pranayama flowing through the asanas. Savasana grounding energy, vinyasa moving like the wind. Deep inhale, exhale into warrior pose, as mind and body align with the flow of prana. Inhale peace, exhale stress as pranayama restores balance to the body.

The Studio

Describe your studio space. What is it like to experience a class there? Sukhasana seated in stillness, observing the mind like the clouds drifting across the sky. Balance is found in tree pose, with roots deep in the earth and branches stretching toward the divine.

Om mantra echoes through the heart, while chakras spin in harmony with the breath. Shavasana brings the ultimate relaxation, releasing all tension from the physical body.

EQUIPMENT

Energy flows upward through the spine, uniting body and mind in the cosmic dance of Shiva and Shakti. Warrior II stands strong, grounded in the earth, radiating peace. Ujjayi breath calms the nervous system as the practice deepens.
