Hatha Yoga
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Describe your class here. Lotus pose opens the hips, releasing stored emotions. Cobra pose awakens the spine, lengthening the body and connecting with the earth. With each breath, the heart expands into love and compassion for all beings. Energy centers align, from root chakra to crown, in the practice of mindfulness and presence.
